Obituary of Ruth Williamson

Ruth Daley Williamson, 84, of Martindale Court, died on December 31, 2018 at her niece Susan's home, surrounded by her loving family.  She was born in Yardley,  PA, on August 4, 1934, the daughter of the late Harold and Hazel Mc Chesney Daley.                                               

Ruth was employed as a meat cutter for the former Grand Union in Clifton Park for 37 years until retiring. She truly enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and was fond of coloring and puzzles. Ruth enjoyed playing pinochle on Sunday afternoons with family and friends

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband; Louis L. Williamson, her siblings; Lois Pupchek, Shirley Sweetser, Marion Sloger, Frank Daley, Jack Johnson, Harry Johnson, Robert Daley, Richard Daley.

Survivors include, one sister Dorothea (Carl) Peragine, several nieces and nephews; Hal

( Cheryl) Avery, Susan (Anthony) Lioy, Harold (Becky) Peragine, Rose (Brian) Peragine, Robert (Sandra) Peragine and Cheri Walker, one sister-in-law; Phyllis Avery.

Funeral will be held Tuesday at 12:00 PM in the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Rt. 9 in Clifton Park.

Calling hours will precede the service from 10-12:00 PM

Interment will be in Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville.
