Joyce Helen Francis, 88, died on Wed. Sept. 12, 2018 at her residence. She was born in Schenectady, NY on Jan. 20, 1930 and was the daughter of the late Edward and Ruth Gardinier Brandt. She retired from SUNY Albany as a secretary and was the beloved wife of the late Alan Richard Francis who died in 1971. Joyce was the devoted mother of Gail A. Skiff of Clifton Park; also survived by 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
