Obituary of Ollie S. Autry

Ollie S. Autry, 90, of Halfmoon, died peacefully after losing his battle with cancer on Friday, June 22, 2018 at Mary's Haven in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Born in Fayetteville, NC, he was the son of the late Charles and Mary Autry.

Ollie served in the US Navy and was a Merchant Marine. He was employed as a District Manager for the Pepsi-Cola Company in Fayetteville, NC and in New York.

Ollie was a true southern gentleman.

Survivors include his best friend Mike Zurlo of Halfmoon, a niece Ann Burns of Fayetteville, NY, Jean Zeno of Oswego, NY, Sam Zurlo of Amsterdam, NY , Greg and Christopher Gilbert of Latham, NY.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, Crescent. At Ollie's request there will be no calling hours.

A special blessing to Hospice of Saratoga County and Mary's Haven for doing God's work.
