Isabelle Ciavatti, his spouse, and Thomas Ciavatti, his son, have the immense sorrow of announcing the death of Jerome Jose Benjamin Ciavatti, age 49, on Saturday, April 7, 2018, at Memorial Sloan Kettering hospital in New York.
Calling hours will be 6-8 pm on Tuesday, April 17, in the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Rt. 9, Clifton Park, NY.
The Requiem Mass will be held on Thursday, April 19, at 11:15 am, in Christ the King Church, 209 Tackora Trail, Ridgefield, CT.
Interment will take place on Friday, April 20, at 11:00 am, in Jonesville Cemetery, Jonesville, NY.
