Obituary of Alma Rose Ehle

Alma Rose Ehle, 89, of Wood Dale Drive passed away, peacefully, on Monday, May 13, 2024 at her home with her family by her side. She was born in Syracuse, NY on Aug. 6, 1934 and was a graduate of Cathedral High School in Springfield, MA. Alma was the wife of the late Roger Shults Ehle, Sr. who died in 2019. She was the owner of the Village Tax Service in Scotia, NY and had been a communicant of Corpus Christi Church in Ushers.

She was the devoted mother of Diane M. Pietrocarlo (Louis), Roger S. Ehle, Jr. (Leslie) and Elizabeth E. Izzo (David); sister of Ursula Hage (Chuck) and the late Lewis Hanifin and Patricia Nelen; cherished grandmother of Kristin, Mary, Dylan, Dustin, Angela, Cassandra and Christopher; also survived by 8 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Memorial mass will be held on Monday May 20, 2024 at 10:30 am at Corpus Christi Church, Ushers, 2001 US 9 Round Lake, NY 12151.

Interment will be in Fort Plain Cemetery, Fort Plain, NY at 1:00 pm Monday, following the mass.
