Timothy Schermerhorn, 63, of Albany, passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2024.

 

Born in Albany, New York, he was the son of the late Raymond Schermerhorn and Joyce Hotaling Schermerhorn.

 

Timothy loved his family as well as his country music and holiday tunes. His nickname was Tiny (cb) and his hobbies consisted of going scrapping, camping with family and enjoying life. Coming from a religious family, he went on to have his own beloved son Timothy Schermerhorn. Devoted brother to Hope Schermerhorn, Charity Schermerhorn, Faith, Gregory and the late Daniel and the late Raymond Schermerhorn, grandfather to Makaila Thomas. Tiny Tim was loved by all and he is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Beloved Timothy will be greeted on the other side by his late brothers Jr. and Danny, late nephews James, Frankie and Teddy Hathaway.

 

May he rest in eternal peace, love and happiness.

 

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation and funeral service on Friday, January 12, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon at the John J. Sanvidge Funeral Home, 565 Fourth Avenue (Corner of 115th Street in Lansingburgh) Troy, NY, 12182.
