We at the New York State Department of Transportation Office of Right-of-Way are saddened to hear about Liz’s passing. She was integral to our new “ROWTrack” data management system and it will be successful, in very large part, because of Liz’s dedication and expertise. Her legacy will live on every time we use that system.
