I met Jim 15 years ago as a business development banker and from day one found him to be once of the nicest and smartest people I ever met. We always stayed in touch even after I left the bank where I met him and always enjoyed our conversations, be it about business, or thankfully golf! I would see him most if not every time I went to Brunswick greens and again, always enjoyed our conversations and time together. Best wishes to his family and to memories of a truly nice guy, and good man.

Barbara and family, we send our prayers and sympathy for the loss of Jim, who was my school mate at Lansingburgh High School and later worked at Pro Shop of Brunswick Greens Golf Course. Always enjoyed helping him keep that course running smoothly. He kept his humor with him to let us know even being serious there is time to have a laugh.
Time there was enjoyable working with his family members and those good old days after hours.
Miss all those times and God bless him and family members!

Dear Mrs. Magee and all your beloved Family,
There are no words to ease your heartache during this most difficult of times. Hold fast to the knowledge that you are surrounded by a loving family and countless friends and admirers of Jim. He will forever be remembered as a devoted husband, father, a wonderful grandfather and a friend to all.
Jim’s contribution to the children of the Lansingburgh Boys and Girls Club will last for many, many years. His legacy is etched in just how devoted he was to each and every endeavor. My fondest memory of Jim is how well he interacted with the young Board members on the Joe Manupella Road Race Committee. His positive approach and leadership abilities always resulted in successful outcomes.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, the staff and, especially, the countless number of community children that Jim impacted over the years, please accept our sincerest condolences.
