Obituary of Melissa Morine Toniatti

Melissa Anne Morine Toniatti, 47, of Calcium, NY and formerly of Lansingburgh, NY, unexpectedly passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Watertown Medical Center in Watertown, NY.

Born in Troy, NY, Melissa is the beloved daughter of Charles and Eileen Gardner Morine and was a graduate of Lansingburgh High School.

Melissa, a cherished mother, grandmother, beloved friend and a NYS Licensed Realtor with NNY Homes in Watertown, NY.

Melissa's life was a beautiful testament to love, laughter, and unwavering loyalty. She brought immense joy to the lives of her family and friends, leaving an indelible mark on their hearts.

Melissa's love for her children, grandchildren, and niece was truly boundless. She dedicated herself wholeheartedly to their happiness, always providing a nurturing and caring presence. Her love knew no bounds, and her children and grandchildren were the light of her life. Their happiness brought her immeasurable joy.

Melissa had a sparkling wit and a contagious sense of humor. Her spontaneous and clever remarks could brighten even the gloomiest of days. She had a unique ability to find humor in every situation, making those around her laugh until their sides ached. Her laughter was infectious, creating a vibrant and joyful atmosphere wherever she went.

Beyond her humor, Melissa's beauty radiated from within. Her caring nature touched the lives of many, as she consistently went above and beyond to lend a helping hand to those in need. Her kindness and compassion knew no bounds, and she brought solace and comfort to everyone who had the honor of knowing her.

Melissa's loyalty was unwavering and steadfast. She was the epitome of a true friend, always there to offer a listening ear, a shoulder to lean on, and unwavering support. Her friendship was a gift, and those fortunate enough to know her were enriched by her unwavering presence.

Melissa was the devoted mother of Evan (Sydney O’Connor) Morine, Margaret (Alex) Horton, Zachary Toniatti and Carter Toniatti, loving sister of Stephen Morine, and aunt of Gabriella Morine, cherished grandmother of Bentley Horton, Declan Horton, Genevieve Horton, Reid Horton and Mason Morine, also survived by her aunt, Elizabeth St. Pierre, and several other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 16, 2023 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the John J. Sanvidge Funeral Home, Inc. 565 Fourth Avenue (Corner of 115^th Street in Lansingburgh) Troy, NY 12182.
