I am so sorry to hear about Philly passing he and Tammy can be together again. He was such a great guy and would always go out of his way to say hello to me if he saw me out on the street or come hang out and ask when I was visiting.. I was once Tammy’s counselor and once I wasn’t anymore, I became Tammy‘s friend and Phillies friend. We spent time going to bingo, talking about stupid things for hours. He was somebody that always made myself and my kids feel very comfortable. It’s so sad and my heart breaks for his family. If there’s anything I can do, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. My prayers and thoughts are with you all.
