To Dorothy’s family..My sincere condolences to you all. I worked for years with Dorothy at the Department of Civil Service. She was always kind and very helpful to me when I started working with her in my first State job right out of high school. And her voice was amazing. I remember that she would sing to herself at her desk while she worked and she always participated in the annual Christmas choir. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. RIP Dorothy.
