I'm thinking of all of you right now. Sally was such a wonderful soul. Her unconditional love and support for Jeff was something for all of us to latch on to during such a difficult time.

You're all in my heart and I take consolation in the knowledge that she's with Jeff now, where he probably said something along the lines of "Where ya been?" in that voice that only those who knew him can hear in our heads.
