Karen was a gem, a beautiful person inside and out. She was always pleasant and ha a positive outlook on life. I worked with Karen at DOT and after retirement would get together with Karen, Betty Koster and Lyn Forezzi for a long lunch several times a year. Just spoke to Karen a few weeks ago and am deeply sad over her passsing. Deepest sympathy to her brother and family.

I became acquainted with Karen from the many times she came into Wit's End. She was usually shopping for gifts for her nieces and nephews. She was very nice and I enjoyed talking to her. I am sorry for your loss.

Dear Bill and Carol,
We are very sorry for your loss; we know how close you were to Karen and how much she loved you both. We have many wonderful memories of her and of course she and Bill before he passed. We are happy that she passed peacefully and is now reunited with her beloved Bill! RIP Karen.

We have many happy memories with Karen over the years...dinners, vacations, and many laughs. We’re very saddened at your sudden passing but we’re comforted to know that Bill was waiting at Heavens gate with open arms. Rest peacefully sweet Karen. You’ll always be remembered fondly and with a smile by our family.

My sincere sympathy to Karen's brother and family. I knew Karen, as we lived in the same neighborhood. I felt shocked and sad to see she passed away. I would see her in our local stores, and we would chat about hair styles and clothes. She always looked so lovely. Sweet lady. Actually, I just saw her in the market about two weeks ago.
Rest in peace Karen. I will miss our chats.

We have such wonderful memories of you Aunt Karen! We have missed your conversations, laugh, kindness and our “cheers” over the glasses of wine at our table. We find comfort in knowing that you are reunited with Bill. You will always be with us in our thoughts. Rest In Peace.
