Linda M. Pearson, 72, of Cohoes, beloved wife of Douglas B. Pearson of Cohoes, peacefully entered into eternal life at home on Tuesday, October 13, 2020. Born in Elizabeth City, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Ella Ashline Smeltzer and was a graduate of Shenendehowa High School. Linda was a homemaker and had previously been employed by United Health Care in Albany. Linda loved travelling with a special fondness for Cape May, NJ. She also enjoyed making jewelry, as well as crocheting, knitting and sewing. Beloved wife of Douglas, devoted mother of Larry (Alison) Hatlee, Jr. of Waterford, sister of Joanne Babie and Debbie Lengio and the late James Fox, cherished grandmother of twins; Morgan and Taylor Hatlee, also survived by nieces and nephews and her loving Cavalier King Charles companions; Abigail and Gracie. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 RT-9, Clifton Park, New York 12065. Facial masks and social distancing must be adhered too. Those desiring, may make memorial contributions to the ASPCA or NYOH, in memory of Linda M. Pearson.
