First, I would like to thank everyone for sending their condolences.
Chubby was more then just a Marine! The Marine Corps was just a short chapter in his life. He traveled all over the world, from Iraq to Alaska, working for the United States government as well as companies like Blackwater. His accomplishments were many. Chubby was ADEPT in everything he did. He was a self taught computer WIZARD, who held every qualification Microsoft has to offer including Microsoft System Engineer. His complete resume was astounding. He was the smartest person I know. Chubby could do anything he put his mind to and he did. He worked in many fields including construction, engineering, map making and geodesy and of course the computer industry. He always excelled at what ever he did, we even held the record for the fastest storm door replacement for the local Home Depots at 20 minutes. I always looked up to him and he always seemed to be there when I need a little push. From the days of Fatboy and your not big enough, to our Fathers death and helping me get in the Navy (which changed my life) he was there. He showed up on my door step when I was going through my divorce and needed to start over. I have always tried to be as good or better then him, he was my idol. Chubby was many things to many people but most of all he was my BROTHER and I will miss him always.

To Mrs. Brockway, Eric, Missy and Keith John. I just heard about the tragic loss of Kevin aka Chubby aka Fesser (I gave him that name in 1st grade because he was like a professor to me.) He was my good friend from 1st grade through high school and I have a ton of memories from growing up together with the rest of our friends in the Burgh. I remember all of the fun we all had in the pool, playing blacksmith on the block, playing football, baseball, and softball in the Sunset lot, handball, board games (our favorite was RISK), playing cards, blasting music and playing pool in the downstairs apartment, snowball fights, sledding up at the top of 124th St, watching the Three Stooges, MASH, the olympics, playing video games, going to each other's houses after Christmas to see what toys and games we received, the casita, swimming up at Grafton, the Boys' Club ... I could go on and on. Although I have not seen him in thirty years, I will never forget all of the fun times we had as we slowly changed from little boys to young men. So long my good friend.
Your old childhood friend, Andy

We have known Chubb`s for around 30 yrs. He has been a close friend and as close to being a family member as anyone could be.Chubb`s called me once a month for a general how ya doing. We have played his favorite games WOW(TheAdept) and EQ2 since they began. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have probably ever gotten interested in them. But I`m glad I did it,because it was alotta fun. Just before I heard this tragic news,,He and I had just talked a week or so before and he was going to prepare to come home for good here in NY and stay with me again as he done many times before, until settling permanently here.
Our hearts are broken and we miss him a lot.
God Bless You, YOUR MISSED,RIP (TA)

Our deepest sympathy to Barb, Eric, Missy and Keith John. We have such wonderful memories of Chubby growing up. What a fun time in the neighborhood. I remember something about being squirted with the hose. Chubby was a great kid and admirable young man. I can still see him standing on the front porch in his Marine uniform, looking so dignified. It’s been many years since we’ve seen him, but our hearts are broken for your loss. May you find comfort in your wonderful memories. RIP Chubby
