I had the pleasure to meet Mary Lou and Robert 35 years ego when I , as their Realtor sold the house to them here in Dorado, Puerto Rico. Since then, we became very good friends, we spent a lot of time together every time they came for vacation. To me, she was like an Angel and a mentor. I will always keep her in my prayers, I am sure she went directly to Haven.
I will miss her so much.

To the Lamb Family,
My family had the pleasure not only to know Mary Lou but Bob as well. He was our Vet for many many years & I was fortunate to have Mary Lou as my guidance counselor in Shaker. She was always available for her "kids". I was a able to reconnect with her many times over the years after my graduation. She always remembered me which amazed me especially with the number of students she dealt with. My thoughts & prayers are with you all during this most difficult time.

So sorry for your loss. She was always there with a pleasant smile. I didn’t have her as a guidance counselor, but I knew her and always talked to her. I was also a parishioner of St Mary in Crescent and talked when ever I saw her.
Rest In Peace Mrs Lamb and prayers are with you.

Mrs. Lamb was a very warm and gentle woman. When I was a sophomore and lived at St. Colman’s I was able to attend Shaker High school from 1982 asa sophomore. I knew that she really cared about me and the others students who graced the halls at the school. Even after all of these years Mrs. Mary Lou Lambstill has a special place in my heart. My condolences to her family and friends.

Mrs. Lamb was one of my very favorite people on this earth. I graduated from Shaker in ‘79, very thankful for her loving guidance.
I wasn’t a great student, but her care and advice kept me going. I didn’t get to play sports as I worked (at Hoffman’s Car Wash) usually between 20 & 30 hours a week, at first with both a morning and afternoon paper route. Mrs Lamb understood why my grades weren’t stellar, and never made me feel inferior about it. She constantly complimented me on my accomplishments, and encouraged me to keep on trying.
If it weren’t for Mrs. Lamb, I’m certain I never would have even considered, let alone been accepted at the amazing Siena College, one of my proudest accomplishments. I used to joke about how the then Dean of admissions, Harry Wood, must’ve REALLY owed her a favor!
Mrs Lamb was as close to a saint as almost anyone I’ve ever met. I am truly thankful and a much better person for the blessing of having known her.
If heaven is how people remember you, Mrs. Lamb has already been there a very long time. May she Rest In Eternal Peace...
