Carol A. Petrecky Hildreth, 88, of Brunswick, beloved wife of the late John J. “Jack” Hildreth, Sr., died on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at the Delmar Center.

Born in Albany, NY, Carol was the daughter of the late Michael J. and Rosalind Adams Petrecky and was a graduate of Colonie Central High School.

Carol was self-employed and the Proprietor of The Insurance Depot in Brunswick before retiring.

She enjoyed gardening, crocheting and craft fairs.

Devoted mother of Lisa A. (Richard) Willsey of Averill Park, NY and Howard R. (Kimberly) Wertman of Schenectady. She was predeceased by her grandson Randel A. Willsey.

Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Morris-Stebbins-Miner & Sanvidge Funeral Home, 312 Hoosick Street, Troy, NY 12180.

Private interment was held in Eagle Mills Cemetery, Brunswick.
