Lowell E. Radley, 51, beloved husband of Kim Dobert-Radley, passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018.

Born in Albany, he was the son of the late Frank and Dorothy Mills Radley and was a graduate of Averill Park High School.

An accomplished carpenter, Lowell opened and operated Radley Construction in Stephentown after having been employed in the construction industry for years.

Lowell was gifted at his trade in the construction industry and loved the special attention to detail with finish carpentry which he was well known for.

He was a longtime fan of the New York Jets and loved to watch football which he played briefly at Averill Park High School.

Lowell is survived by his beloved wife Kim Dobert-Radley, his three cherished children; Aiden, Gabriella and Ethan Radley, his siblings; Larry (Helen)Radley, Lloyd (Sue) Radley, Lester (Fran) Radley, Lori (Anthony) Alesi, Linda (Dave) Mullen and Lyle Radley, his mother and father-in-law Daryl and Elton Dobert, his sisters and brothers-in-law; Jody (Amy Jo) Dobert, Jimmy Dobert and Amy (Bill) Van Gorp, also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Lowell's funeral service on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the West Stephentown Baptist Church, 1672 NY-43, Averill Park, NY 12018, which will be celebrated by the Rev. Trygve Tomlinson, Pastor. Following the service, Lowell's family invites those attending to join them in the Church Hall to continue sharing memories of Lowell and light refreshment.

In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make a memorial contribution to the Radley Children Education Fund, c/o Kim Dobert Radley, at any Trustco Bank branch.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted by the family to John J. Sanvidge Funeral Home, Inc., 565 Fourth Avenue (Corner of 115th Street in Lansingburgh), Troy, NY 12182.
